a.       Your name, address and contact information

 This information is a requirement for us to deliver goods to you when you place an order. We may use your information to contact you regarding an order you have placed.

 b.      Your payment information

To place an order with Go Green Batteries Ltd, you are required to enter your payment information (payment card details). We do not store or have access to this information in any form. For your security we use the services of a third-party company (known as a Payment Gateway) to process payments and refunds and to help prevent fraud.

In addition to this, your delivery and billing address details and associated phone number, will also be provided to the Payment Gateway Provider. This information is shared with Go Green Batteries as part of the order details provided.

Depending on how you chose to pay, the third-party company will be SagePay or Paypal. Both companies follow PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

When you email us, we retain details of our communications with you. We may use this data to provide you with service and support. We may also use this data to train our staff.

Telephone

We do not retain any information relating to phone calls. We do not record any phone calls

We do not retain any information relating to written correspondence. Any written correspondence is actioned then destroyed.

When you subscribe to our mailing list, we will send you information by email about products, promotional codes and special offers that are available.

Removal from the mailing list is usually instant, however if an email is scheduled to be sent you might receive one more while your request is being processed.

Our store is hosted on BigCommerce. They provide us with the online platform to enable us to sell our products to our customers. All customer provided data is stored on the BigCommerce servers.
