By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Prices
Our prices are subject to change - Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Charges for standard delivery are included in the stated product price – please see our Delivery page for details.
Whilst Go Green Batteries Ltd will try to ensure that prices on the web site are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes including VAT. We provide VAT itemised invoice with each order. Please note that we are not able to deduct VAT at source, but if eligible VAT registered buyers may be able to reclaim VAT paid. The price does not include any importation taxes applicable outside of the United Kingdom.

2. Our Contract
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order up until the point at which you click the Submit Order button
After you submit your order we will provide you with an Order ID and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an email acknowledging receipt of your order (Order Acknowledgement). Please note that this email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur once we send you an email confirming that your order has been processed and dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). This will contain details of how your products will be delivered to you. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our Despatch Confirmation email will tell you so.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Goods remain the property of Go Green Batteries Ltd until full cleared payment has been received.
Go Green Batteries Ltd reserves the right to decline to trade with any person or organisation and we reserve the right to cancel any orders at our discretion.
English law applies to this contract.
3. Liability
Our liability, however caused, for any loss, damage or injury, is limited to the value of the goods supplied by Go Green Batteries Ltd.
4. Payment
For your security, where payments are made using Credit or Debit Card, the transaction will be handled by third party payment gateway SagePay. Payment may also be made using PayPal through our website. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details regarding how your information is treated.
Only payment details that are required to process your order will be collected. Details will be kept completely confidential, and will not be sold or distributed to anyone. Whilst all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details, Go Green Batteries Ltd cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted and used by third parties.
5. Delivery
We shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but we shall be under no liability whatsoever for delay in delivery or the consequence thereof however caused. For full details of our delivery policy please visit our Delivery page
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of an order where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

11. Warranties
Rechargeable Batteries and Battery chargers
All our rechargeable batteries and battery chargers are brand new and are covered by astandard 12 month manufacturer's warranty.
If items are faulty or do not conform to description please contact Go Green Batteries Ltd within 28 days of purchase, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund with return at our expense.
If items become faulty after 28 days they can be returned for testing under the 12 month warranty offered by Go Green Batteries Ltd, if found to be faulty the products will either be repaired or replaced. Goods may be substituted with another brand for the same intrinsic value.
If an item is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you. Please note we cannot refund any return postage or delivery charge in this instance. Any faults that occur after the 12 month period must be reported directly to the manufacturer.
