UK Delivery Options
Free UK delivery on all orders
Our UK standard free delivery is made by Royal Mail 2nd Class postal service. This takes between 3-6 working days for delivery and all orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched same day. (Excluding Bank holidays). Orders received during the weekend or after 3pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Upgrades are available on this free standard service for faster delivery and larger order orders for an additional price. See below for details…
Express Delivery (1-3 working days)
Upgrade to Express Delivery and your order will be delivered using Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service within 1-3 working days. Prices vary according to the weight of your order, but you can click on ‘Estimate the Shipping’ in the ‘My Basket’ section of the website to get a quote.
Guaranteed Next Day Courier (Order by 2pm)
For larger orders, or if you need it next working day, our tracked courier options provide a fast guaranteed delivery service. We use CityLink and ParcelForce to deliver our orders for an extra £6.99. Simply select ‘Guaranteed Next Day Courier (Order by 2pm)’ at the checkout.
European Delivery Options
To ensure fast delivery we use Airmail for all our European delivery options. We use Royal Mail for Standard Airmail and Signed For Tracked Airmail services. Faster Tracked Courier services are also available if you need to guarantee fast delivery, or for heavier and higher value orders.
Standard Airmail
Royal Mail Airmail is the most economical delivery method to Europe for orders weighing up to 2 Kg. Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe between 3-6 working days. Please note that delivery timescale estimates are to be used as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. This is not a tracked or signed-for service. Airmail costs are based on total order weight and are calculated at checkout (but can be estimated whilst in ‘Your Basket’).
Signed For Tracked Airmail
Signed-for services offer a faster delivery service and include order tracking for most European countries for orders weighing up to 2 Kg. Orders will be delivered either by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed for service depending on your country. Both services are fully tracked apart from the countries marked with * in the table below, which are a Signed-For service only. The price for this upgrade is the Standard Airmail cost (calculated at checkout) plus a flat rate of £5.95. Please note that delivery timescale estimates are to be used as a guide and cannot be guaranteed.
Faster Tracked Courier
Tracked courier options provide a faster guaranteed delivery service to Europe. For orders with a total weight of 2Kg or greater this will be the only delivery option. This service is a fully tracked and signed for service to all listed European countries. The price for tracked courier service is based on a flat rate for any order weighing from 0 to 4 Kg, dependent on country. From 4 to 9KG a second flat rate applies, dependent on country. Because of the flat rate used we recommend using this service for heavier or more valuable orders.
